Cake Flour


If you don't have cake flour available at your store, don't worry, you can make it at home. Cake flour is low gluten flour used for cake and cookies. Ingredients All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup (remove 2 tbsp) Corn Starch - 2 tbsp Instructions
For every 1 cup of flour, remove 2 tbsp of flour from the cup and replace with 2 tbsp of corn starch. Whisk well. Sift the flour mixture 3-5 times, until the mixture is very fine and light. Store in an airtight container for later use. You can use for cakes and even cookies. Enjoy!
