INGREDIENTS Sugar - 4 1/2 tbsp Melted butter - 2 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp butter for greasing) Ghee - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Vanilla extract - a few drops All-purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup(plus additional flour as required during kneading) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder - one pinch METHOD - Add sugar in a grinder and grind until it becomes powder. - In a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter, ghee, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well. - Sieve the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder in a bowl. - Mix well. By using hand we need to knead the dough until it becomes soft. - The dough is kneaded enough when your hands are fairly clean of flour and dough residue. - Grease baking tray using butter. - Apply some butter in hand, so that the dough doesn't stick to the hand. - Shape the dough and use the straw for making holes in centre. - Make sure there is space between each dough. Brush it with butter. - Preheat oven at 160 degrees for 10 mins. - Bake the dough for about 10 to 12 mins or until its baked.
