Healthy Wheat Pizza - No oven - No yeast | Quick and Easy Homemade Pizza


Ingredients 

Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp (to taste) Baking soda - 1/8 tsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 1 tbsp Yoghurt / Curd - 5 to 6 tbsp (as required, to knead the dough) Boneless chicken - as required ( here I used 1 chicken breast) Paprika - 1/4 tsp Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (as required) Salt - as required Mushroom - as required Pepper - as required Butter - 2 to 3 tbsp Pizza sauce - as required Mozzarella cheese - as required Sliced onion - as required Sweet corn - as required Tomato sauce - as required Spring onion - as required Salt - 1 cup  Method In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. Mix well. Add curd to knead the dough. Knead well. It will become sticky. At this point, add olive oil and knead until very soft. If you want to add more flour you can add at this time. Sprinkle flour on the wooden board and make a round shape. Don't make the dough too thin. Transfer the shaped dough into the springform baking pan or steel plate. Make a guideline and make holes using a fork. Brush the butter on the sides of the pizza base. Add pizza sauce on the pizza base and spread evenly. Add mozzarella cheese, sliced onion, cooked mushroom, cooked chicken, sweet corn, tomato sauce, spring onion. (you can add your favourite toppings) For toppings, In a pan, add chicken, paprika, chilli powder, salt. Mix well. Until nicely cooked. Keep aside. To make mushrooms, In a pan add mushroom, pepper and salt. Cook well. Keep aside. In a pan, add 1 cup salt (don't throw away the salt. You can reuse it) and place a metal pot stand. Close the lid and preheat for about 10mins. Turn the gas to low flame. After 10mins, place the prepared pizza into the pan and cook for about 30 to 40 mins or until nicely cooked. After 30 to 40 mins Pizza is ready to serve. :)
