Spicy Crepe Paratha | Easy Breakfast Recipe | Quick & Easy snacks


 Ingredients

Chopped onion - 1/3 cup Chopped tomatoes - 1/3 cup Grated carrots - 1/3 cup Grated cheddar cheese - 1/3 cup Chilli flakes - 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste) Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp All-purpose flour - 1 cup Wheat flour  - 1 cup Milk - 2 1/2 cups Olive oil - 1 tbsp Oil - for cooking Method
In a bowl, add onion, tomatoes, carrots, cheddar cheese, chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, plain flour, wheat flour, and milk. Mix well. Check salt and add if needed. Heat pan on medium flame. Add a little bit of oil on a pan and rub with a paper towel. Add a spoonful of paratha mix and spread it. Cook for about 1min, both sides. Serve hot with your fav sauce.
