Garlic Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS Oil - 1 tbsp Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp Spices - 3 cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1-star anise Chopped shallots - 1/3 cup Grated garlic - 2 tbsp Mushroom - 250gm Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Tomato - 1 no Lemon juice - a few drops Italian herbs (optional) - a few Spring onions - a few METHOD Heat pan on a medium flame, when pan becomes hot add oil, butter. Add spices and saute for a few minutes. Add chopped shallots and saute. Cook until colour changes. Add grated garlic and saute until the raw smell goes. Add mushrooms(if you don't like it as whole mushroom you can cut into small sizes). Mix well. Add pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Close lid and cook for about 5 mins. After 5 mins open lid and stir nicely. Close lid and cook for another 5 mins. Add sliced tomato and mix well. Add a few drops of lemon juice and Italian herbs. Mix well. Cook for another 5 mins. Garlic Mushroom is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
