Spaghetti - 250gm Tomato - 4 nos Water - for boiling tomato and cooking spaghetti Olive oil - 3 tbsp Salt - to taste Butter - 1 tbsp Sliced beans - 1/2 cup Sliced carrots - 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup Crushed garlic - 1 tbsp Chopped onion - 1 cup Chopped chicken - 475gm Pepper powder - 1 tsp Sugar - a little Paprika - 1/2 tsp Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce - 1/3 cup (as per taste) Chopped spring onion - 1 cup Method STEP 1 Tomato puree. In a pot add water for cooking tomatoes. Add tomato. Cook for 15mins. After 15mins transfer the cooked tomato to a bowl. Remove the skin of tomatoes and let it cool completely. In a blender add the tomatoes and blend smoothly. Add the tomato puree into the bowl and keep aside. STEP 2 Cooking Spaghetti In a pot, add water and boil. After boiling, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste. Add spaghetti and mix well. Cook for about 15mins or until nicely cooked. Strain the Spaghetti and keep aside. STEP 3 Heat pan in medium flame. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil, butter. Add sliced beans, sliced carrots and a pinch of salt. Cook the veggies. Don't overcook the veggies. Add chopped capsicum and saute for a few minutes. Transfer the veggies to another bowl. In the same pan, add crushed garlic and saute until raw smell goes. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add chopped chicken, pepper, salt, sugar, paprika and mix well. Cook until chicken is nicely cooked. Add tomato puree and cook for another 10mins. Add JD's BBQ sauce and mix well. At this point check salt and add salt if needed. Then add cooked veggies and mix well. Add cooked spaghetti mix well. Add spring onion and mix well. Cook for 2 mins. Ready to serve. Enjoy!! Notes: Don't blend hot liquids in blenders. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN BLENDING HOT LIQUIDS. Follow manufacturers recommended instructions when using appliances.
