Vegetable oil - 3 to 4 tbsp Red Onion - 4 nos Salt - as required Curry leaves - a few Crushed ginger - 1 tbsp Green chilli - 1 tbsp (as required) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 4 tsp Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Tomato - 1 no Sugar - 1 pinch Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Puff pastry sheet - 1 sheet (make it 8 pieces) Boiled egg - 4 eggs Beaten egg - 1 Method Turn heat to medium. In a pan pour some oil. After oil becomes heat, add sliced onion and salt. Saute for a few seconds. Add curry leaves, crushed ginger, green chilli. Cook until onions become translucent. Add turmeric powder. Saute for a few seconds. Add coriander powder. Saute until raw smell goes. Add chilli powder. Saute for a few seconds. Add tomato. Close the lid and cook until it becomes mushy. Add one pinch of sugar. Mix well. Add garam masala. Saute for a few seconds. Check salt and add as required. Transfer the onion mixture to a bowl. Let it cool completely. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for about 10mins. Take the pastry sheet and cut into 8 rectangular pieces. Slice the boiled egg. Spoon the masala mix to the centre of the pastry square and place one half of a hard-boiled egg on top. Fold one corner of the pastry square to the centre on top of the egg; repeat this on all four corners. Brush egg wash on top of each piece. Repeat till you have prepared all your pastry slices. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30mins or until golden brown.
