Super Tasty Green Chicken Fry | Healthy Chicken Recipe



Ingredients

Chicken - 7 leg pieces (you can use your fav pieces) Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - 1 cup Green chilli - 2 no (as per taste) Ginger - one medium size Garlic - 7 cloves Salt - as per taste Olive oil - 1 tbsp Water - 1 tbsp Oil - for frying (you can use your fav oil)

Method

In a blender, add all the above ingredients and blend well. Marinate the chicken with the green paste and rest for at least 1hr. Heat pan on medium flame, add oil and add the chicken pieces, fry both sides. It will take 30mins.
