Ingredients Chicken Breast - 2 Paprika - 1 tsp Italian Herbs - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - to taste Olive Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp Take the Chicken breast in a bowl. Add all the above ingredients on top of the chicken and mix well Marinate for 1 hour. You can also close the bowl with cling film and refrigerate. After 1 hour, preheat oven at 180 C for about 10 mins Bake the Chicken at 180 C for about 30 mins Salad Dressing Yogurt - 1 cup Honey - 1 to 2 tbsp (as per taste) Lemon juice - 1 tbsp (as per taste) Olive Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder - 1/8 tsp Add all the Salad Dressing ingredients into a bowl and beat until it's thick and combined Chopped carrots - 2 medium size Chopped cucumber - 1/2 Take your favourite salad leaf Mixed leaf - as per taste Green Lettuce - 1 small size Arrange the salad with your preferred leaves, chicken and drizzle the dressing over the top
