Ingredients
Water - 2 to 3 cups (for boiling) Broccoli - 1 medium size Mustard seed - 1/4 tsp Green chilli - 1 tbsp Chopped onion - 1 no Crushed garlic - 1 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Egg - 1 Olive oil - 1 tbsp (you can use any oil) Method
In a pan, add water for boiling and keep the broccoli in the boiling water for about 1 min.
After 1 min, remove broccoli from boiling water and chop into small sizes.
In a pan, add olive oil. When oil becomes hot add mustard seed.
Add green chilli, chopped onion, crushed garlic, and salt. Saute for a few seconds.
Add chopped broccoli, pepper powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Close lid and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Add egg and mix well. Check salt and add if you want more.
Saute until nicely cooked.
