Fruit Custard Recipe | Custard Recipe | Fruit Salad



Ingredients

For custard mix

Custard powder - 1/2 cup Milk - 1 cup

For custard

Milk - 1 liter Sugar - 1/3 cup (you can add up to your taste) Vanilla paste - 1/2 tsp

For fruit mix

Chopped strawberry -1 cup Chopped seedless grapes - 1 cup Chopped apple - 1 cup Chopped bananas - 1 cup Lime- half lime Chopped clementine - 1 cup (sweet orange) Sugar - 3 tbsp

Method

In a bowl, add milk and custard powder. Mix well, until there are no lumps left. Keep aside. Heat the saucepan on a medium flame. In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, vanilla paste, and mix well. Bring to boil. When the milk comes to boil, add the custard mix, and stir continuously until thick. When the custard mix becomes thick consistency turns off the heat and cool completely. After cooling the mixture, strain the custard into another bowl. Close the custard with cling film and refrigerate at least 4 hrs or overnight. Put all your favorite fruits in a bowl and squeeze half lime and sugar. Mix well. Close the fruits with cling film and refrigerate at least 4 hrs or overnight. Layer the fruits and custard into your fav cup/bowl. Enjoy!
