Juicy Beef Burger Recipe | Cheesy Beef Burger | Homemade Burger

Ingredients

Minced meat - 500gm Chopped onion - 1 no Chopped cheddar cheese - 1 cup (as per taste) Coriander leaves - one handful Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste) Oil - a little Sliced onion - 1 no For filling bun Sliced tomato - as per taste Spinach leaves - as per taste Cheddar cheese sheets - as per taste Method In a bowl, add minced meat, chopped onion, chopped cheddar cheese, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Knead until nicely combined. Divide the meat into equal medium-sized balls(or any size as per your wish). Shape the meatballs and set aside. In a pan, add a little bit of oil and place the shaped meat, and on top of the meat place the sliced onion. Cook one side for 2 to 3mins and flip the other side and close the lid and cook for another 2 to 3 mins. Make sure you don't overcook the meat. If so, then it will become dry. Open the lid after 2 to 3 mins and transfer to a plate. Fill the burger bun with your favourite fillings. Here I microwaved the burger to melt the cheese.
