Ingredients Chicken - 540 gm Pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Crushed ginger garlic - 1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil - 2 to 3 tbsp (you can use any oil) Rice noodles - 1/2 cup Hot water - 3 cups Sliced carrots - 1 cup Sliced cabbage - 1 Cup Spring onion - 1/2 cup Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp All-purpose flour - 1 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Oil - for frying Method In a bowl, add chicken, pepper powder, salt, crushed ginger garlic and mix well.
