Easy Chicken Stew


Make this healthy chicken stew, it's simple and perfect for a filling family supper. And its made without coconut milk. INGREDIENTS 300gm - Chicken 1 tbsp - Butter 1 - Onion 150gm - Beans 200gm - Carrots 1 - Potato 2 tbsp - Rice flour Salt to taste 2 - Garlic cloves 1 1/2 tsp - Pepper 3 to 4 cups - Water 1 pinch - Garam masala powder
Spices 1 medium-size - cinnamon sticks 4 to 5 - Cloves 4 to 5 - Cardamom 1 - Star anise METHOD In a pressure cooker, add butter and spices mix well. Then add chopped onions saute for 1min. Add rice flour saute for 2 to 3 mins. (Turn heat to medium, otherwise, it may burn the rice flour) Add carrots, beans, potato, chicken, garlic, salt to taste and pepper, mix well. Add 3 to 4 cups water(according to your gravy thickness).
Add a pinch of garam masala, mix well. Close lid and pressure cook until the first whistle. After the first whistle, turn heat to low and cook for another 10mins. Enjoy your tasty dish :)
