This liver fry is very simple to make and taste delicious. Please try and share your comments.
INGREDIENTS
Liver - 435 gm (Here I used lamb liver)
Coconut oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - a few
Ginger garlic paste - 2 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Shallots - 2 handful (chopped)
Salt - as per taste
Green chilli - 1 big size
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Fennel Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp (as per taste)
Water - 1 /2 cup
METHOD
- Heat pan on medium flame. Add oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and stir until colour changes.
- Add onion, shallots, green chilli and salt. Cook until it becomes brown.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, fennel powder, pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add lamb liver. Mix well.
- Add water and mix well.
- Add salt as required.
- Close lid and cook for 15 mins or until completely cooked.
- Open the lid and stir occasionally. Otherwise, it will stick to the bottom.
