Perfect Fluffy Pancake


This homemade pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. It is very easy to make. INGREDIENTS Egg - 1 Sugar - 2 tbsp Milk - 3/4 cup All-purpose flour - 1 cup Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp (here I used sunflower oil) METHOD - In a bowl, add egg, sugar, milk. Whisk until nicely combined. - In a sieve, add flour, baking powder and sieve until all the mixture is in the bowl. Mix well - Add salt, oil. Mix well. - Heat non-stick pan on medium flame. - After the pan becomes hot, turn the flame to low and pour the pancake mix. - After the bubbles appear, flip the pancake and cook for a few seconds. - Serve to another plate with butter, maple syrup, and some fresh fruits. Enjoy :) Serves 2 to 3 people. Note: If your pan is sticky, pour some oil in a pan and add the pancake mix. Here I used measuring cups and measuring spoons for measuring the ingredients.
