Peri Peri Chicken (Like Nando's)


INGREDIENTS Garlic cloves - 2 Olive oil - 80ml Red wine vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice - 1tbsp Fresh chilies - 1tsp (To taste) Salt - To taste Thyme - 1 sprig Chicken - here I used 6legs about 540gm( you can use your favorite portion.) METHOD Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add oil, lemon juice, vinegar, thyme, chilies, and salt into a food blender. Blend to a smooth marinade. Mix the marinade all over.Sit for at least 2 hrs. Leave in the fridge overnight if you can. Lay the chicken on a baking tray and roast for 180 degrees about 50mins until cooked. Serve with plenty of fresh salad and some chunky chips. Without oven Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken in the skillet and brown each side until cooked. Turn off heat. Enjoy your dish :)
