Salmon with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce


Salmon with Lemons, butter, and a few cloves of garlic are all you need to turn an easy salmon dinner into a delicious event. Pan-fried salmon with garlic, butter, and lemon gives a very nice flavor to your dish. Salmon skin is very crispy and juicy inside, tastes soo good. Try this delicious recipe. INGREDIENTS Salmon - 250gm Garlic- finely chopped 2 tbsp (as per taste) Salt - as per taste Pepper - 2 tsp (as per taste) Lemon - 1 tbsp Unsalted butter - 50 gm Fresh parsley - a handful For garnish (optional): Cherry tomatoes Spring onions METHOD Take salmon in a plate and rub both sides with salt, pepper and olive oil. Heat pan on a low flame, fry salmon until both sides are cooked. It will take 5 to 7 mins to cook. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, lemon, salt, and fresh parsley. Mix well for 2 to 3 mins. Pour the garlic butter sauce mixture over the fried salmon. Enjoy your dish!
