INGREDIENTS Chicken wings - 1kg Olive oil - 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp (as per taste) Salt - as per taste. METHOD Preheat oven to 160 degrees for about 10 mins. In a bowl, add chicken wings. Add olive oil, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Marinate for at least 30mins. Line the baking tray with foil paper. Place the marinated chicken wings into the baking tray. Bake at 160 degrees for about 45 - 50 mins or until cooked. Enjoy!!!
