Ingredients
Pork ribs - 750 gm
Brown sugar - 3 tbsp
Paprika - 2 tsp
Garlic granules - 1 tsp (if you don't have, you can add garlic paste)
Salt - 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp(as per taste)
BBQ sauce - 4 tbsp
Method
Preheat oven to 150C for about 10mins.
In a bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic granules, salt, and pepper powder. Mix well.
Keep it aside.
In a baking tray, place foil paper. Into that, place pork ribs.
Apply mixed spices on the pork ribs.
Rub thoroughly on both sides. (Optional, Leave to marinate for at least 2 hrs, or overnight for best results)
Cover the ribs nicely with foil.
Bake at 150C for about 2 hrs.
After 2hrs remove the ribs from the oven and brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
Bake in the oven again for 15mins or until the sauce melts into the pork ribs. (foil paper should be open)
After 15mins, BBQ pork ribs are ready to eat!!
