Scallops - 380 gm Salt - as per taste Pepper powder - as per taste Paprika - 14tsp Olive oil - 2 tbsp Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp Crushed garlic - 1 1/2 tbsp Onion - 1 Lemon juice - a few drops White wine - 4 tbsp Parsley - a little Method In a bowl, add scallops, salt, paprika, and pepper powder. Mix well Marinate for about 30 mins. (optional) Turn heat to medium flame. In a pan, add olive oil, butter. Add marinated scallops. Cook both sides for 2 mins. Make sure you don't overcook the scallops, or else it will become rubbery. Transfer the cooked scallops to a bowl. In the same pan, add crushed garlic. Saute until raw smell goes. Add chopped onion cook until translucent. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Add white wine. Mix well. Add scallops and mix well. Add fresh parsley and mix well. Enjoy!
