Ingredients
Unsalted butter, room temperature - 100gm
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 70 gm
All-purpose flour - 130 gm
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Cornflakes - 1 cup
Method
Preheat oven at 175 degrees for about 10 mins.
In a bowl, add unsalted butter and beat until creamy.
Add vanilla essence.
Sieve powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Sieve flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine well.
Apply some flour on your hand to avoid sticking.
Bring everything together.
Crush the cornflakes with your hand.
Roll the flour mixture into small balls.
Coat them with cornflakes.
Place them in a lined baking tray.
Bake at 175 degrees for about 10 -12 mins.
