Ingredients Boneless chicken, chopped - 300 gm Olive oil - 2 tbsp Butter - a little Green chilli, chopped - as per taste Ginger garlic, crushed - 1 1/2 tbsp Onion - 1 no Salt - as per taste Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp Spring onion - 1/3 cup Cream cheese - 150 gm Coriander leaves, chopped - 1/3 cup Bread slices - 1 whole Method Turn heat to medium. In a pan, add olive oil, butter, green chilli, and crushed ginger-garlic. Saute until raw smell goes. Add chopped onion, salt. Cook until translucent. Add chopped boneless chicken, pepper powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well. Cook nicely. Add spring onion. Saute for a few minutes. Turn the heat off, add cream cheese and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves. Remove the sides of the bread and spread the chicken mix and press gently. Cut the bread diagonally. Enjoy!
