Restaurant Style Dragon Chicken | Indo Chinese Recipe

Ingredients Sliced chicken breast - 640gm Vegetable oil -for frying Finely chopped ginger - 1/4 cup Finely chopped garlic - 1/4 cup Salt - as per taste Finely chopped green chilli - 3 tbsp (as per taste) Sliced onion - 2 no Capsicum - all colors, as per taste Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup Dark soy sauce - 3 tsp Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Celery - a little Coriander leaf - one handful For marination: Pepper powder - 1 tsp Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce - 1 to 2 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Egg - 1 no Corn flour - 5 to 6 tbsp

Method Marinate the sliced chicken using pepper powder, sweet chilli sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, egg, and cornflour. Mix well. Marinate for at least 30mins. Turn heat to medium. In a kadai, pour some oil for frying. Add the marinated chicken and fry both sides until golden brown color. Transfer the fried chicken pieces into another bowl. Heat another pan in medium flame. Use the same oil which was used to fry the chicken. Add chopped ginger, garlic and salt. Stir until raw smell goes. Cook until color changes to light color. Add finely chopped green chilli. Mix well. Add sliced onion and capsicum. Mix well. Make sure you don't overcook the onion and capsicum. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce. Mix well. Add fried chicken and check salt, if you want more salt to add a little bit. Mix well and cook for 5mins. Add celery and coriander leaf. Mix well and turn the heat off. Dragon chicken is ready!!
