Ingredients Butter - 1 to 2 tbsp Finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp Chopped Spring onion - 1 tbsp Finely chopped Onion - 1/4 cup Salt - as required Finely chopped beans - 1/2 cup Finely chopped carrots - 1/2 cup Water - 3 cups Corn flour - 1 tbsp Sweet corn - 1 tbsp Frozen peas - 1 tbsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp (as required) Beaten egg - 1 no Method In a pan(turn heat to medium), add butter and finely chopped garlic. Saute for a few seconds. Add spring onion and saute for a few seconds. Add finely chopped onion and salt as required. Saute for a few seconds. Add beans, carrots, and water. Bring to boil for about 10 to 12 mins. In a small bowl, add cornflour and a little bit of water. Mix well. Keep it aside. After 12 mins(vegetables should be half cooked) add sweet corn, frozen peas, and pepper powder. Cook for a few minutes. Check salt and add salt if needed. Add cornflour mixture and mix well for 3mins. Add beaten egg and stir continuously. Mix well and turn off the heat. Soup is READY!!! :)
