വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു ചീര മുട്ട തോരൻ | Spinach Egg Recipe | Cheera Mutta Thoran


Ingredients
Spinach - 250 gm Egg - 3 no Shallots - 1/4 cup Grated coconut - 1/4 cup Green chilli - 1 tbsp(as required) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - as required Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp Method
In a pan(turn heat to medium), add spinach and cook until wilted. Don't overcook the spinach. In a bowl, add eggs, shallots, grated coconut, green chilli, turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt. Beat well. Add cooked spinach into the beaten mixture and mix well. In the same pan, add oil and spinach mix. Stir spinach mix until nicely cooked. Cheera mutta thoran is ready! :)
