Ingredients

Pork - 600 gm For marination Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Beaten egg - 2tbsp Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp Dark soya sauce - 1 tsp Crushed chilli -  1 tsp Cornflour - 1 tbsp

For making chilli pork

Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Chopped ginger - 3 to 4 tbsp Chopped garlic - 3 to 4 tbsp Salt - to taste Chopped onion - 1 no Chopped capsicum - 1 cup Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp (as per taste) Chilli powder - 1/4tsp Dark soya sauce - as per taste Sugar - 1 pinch

Method

In a bowl, add pork, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt. MIx well. Pressure cook for about 5 to 6 whistles. Transfer the cooked pork to another bowl and leftover juice to another bowl. Into the cooked pork, add beaten egg, chopped ginger-garlic, dark soya sauce, crushed chilli, and cornflour. Mix well. Marinate for at least 30mins. In a pan, add oil. When oil becomes hot, add marinated pork and fry both sides for 2 to 3 mins. Transfer the fried pork into another bowl. In the same pan, add chopped ginger-garlic and saute until raw smell goes. Add chopped onion, capsicum and mix well. Add tomato sauce, leftover pork juice, dark soya sauce, chilli powder. mix well and cook for a few minutes. Don't overcook. Add fried pork and mix well.Check salt and add if needed. Add a pinch of sugar and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pork is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
