Egg white - 2 egg white
All-purpose flour - 1/3 cup + 2tsp
Icing sugar - 1/3 cup
Melted butter - 1/3 cup
Note: Measure your egg whites (in grams), then measure the same quantity from the rest of the ingredients!
Method
Preheat oven at 160°C for about 10mins.
In a bowl, add flour and icing sugar. Mix well.
Add egg white and mix well.
Add melted butter and mix well.
In a parchment paper add a spoonful of batter and spread it evenly as thin as possible.
Bake at 160°C for about 5 to 10mins or until color changes.
Cool the Feuilletine Flakes until it hardens. It will take only a few seconds.
Then break the flakes into pieces.
