How to Make Chicken Chukka | Easy Chicken Recipe


Ingredients

Chicken - 1 kg Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Curry leaves - a few Garlic - 1 whole bulb Ginger - medium size Coconut oil - 4 to 5 tbsp Salt - as per taste Fry onions  Oil -  for frying shallots  Onion - 3 no  Sliced garlic -  a little Method In a pan, pour oil for frying the onions. Add onions part by part and fry until golden brown. Add sliced garlic with salt and fry until color changes(for garnishing). This step is optional. In a bowl, add chicken, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, blended ginger garlic with curry leaves, fried onions, coconut oil, and salt. Mix well Marinate for at least 30mins to 1 hr. In a pan, add oil and marinated chicken. Mix well. Close lid and cook for about 30mins to 1 hr (or until chicken is completely cooked) Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the pan.
